通过问卷调查和访谈研究发现,陕西省义务教育教师绩效考核普遍存在着地区绩效工资差异较大、绩效考核方案不科学、绩效考核办法不公平以及绩效考核参与主体对绩效认知不一致等问题。为此,应进一步加强政策研究,完善财政政策支持系统,做好政策宣传工作,注重基层校长理念更新,推进义务教育教师绩效考核制度的不断完善。
Through questionnaire and interviews, it is found that Shaanxi province compulsory education teachers’ performance appraisal has widespread problems such as large differences in regional performance pay, unscientific performance appraisal schemes, unfair performance appraisal methods, and inconsistent perception of performance appraisal participants. To this end, we should further strengthen policy research, improve the fiscal policy support system, do a good job in policy advocacy work, pay attention to the renewal of grassroots principals and promote the continual improvement of compulsory education teachers’ performance appraisal system.
