目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)与胰岛素抵抗(IR)水平的相关性。方法:收集2015年3月至2016年12月于深圳市第二人民医院妇科和内分泌科门诊患者,选择PCOS患者54例,测定其血清AMH、生殖激素水平、空腹血糖、胰岛素,以稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)<2.14分为非胰岛素抵抗组(NIR组)共32例,HOMA-IR≥2.14为胰岛素抵抗组(IR组)22例。进行组间比较分析AMH水平与HOMA-IR的关系。结果:NIR组患者与IR组患者的血清AMH比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AMH与HOMA-IR无明显相关关系。结论:PCOS患者的血清AMH与胰岛素抵抗水平无相关关系。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) and insulin resistance (IR) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: From March 2015 to December 2016, patients from Department of Gynecology and Endocrinology of the Second People’s Hospital of Shenzhen City were enrolled. Fifty-four patients with PCOS were selected and their serum levels of AMH, reproductive hormones, fasting blood glucose, and insulin were measured. Insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) <2.14 divided into non-insulin resistance group (NIR group) a total of 32 cases, HOMA-IR≥2.14 insulin resistance group (IR group) 22 cases. The correlation between AMH levels and HOMA-IR was compared between groups. Results: There was no significant difference in serum AMH between NIR group and IR group (P> 0.05). There was no significant correlation between AMH and HOMA-IR. Conclusion: There is no correlation between serum AMH and insulin resistance in patients with PCOS.
