科研管理人员的综合素质是科研管理水平的具体体现,科研水平的高低与科研管理有着密不可分的联系,更是衡量一所研究单位科研实力的重要标准。所以,科研管理工作的关键在于科研管理人员的素质问题。本文详细阐述与分析当前医院科研管理人员既要是高学历、高水平、高标准的管理人员,又要在组织协调、社交活动、人文攻关等多方面有着过硬本领的综合性高素质人才。
