目的对舒适护理应用于剖宫产术围术期的效果进行探讨分析。方法选择2015年11月~2016年11月在我院择期进行剖宫产的产妇110例,随机分为剖宫产A组和剖宫产B组各55例。剖宫产B组采用围术期普通护理,而剖宫产A组在普通护理的基础上采用舒适护理。分析观察两组产妇的术中出血量、术程时间、术后排气时间、首次下床时间及效果满意度。结果剖宫产A组产妇的上述各项观察指标均明显优于剖宫产B组,组间差异比较在统计学方面有明确意义(P<0.05);且剖宫产A组的效果满意度为96.36%(53/55)高于剖宫产B组的72.73%(40/55),统计学比较组间差异较大(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于剖宫产术围术期的效果符合临床期望,对提高临床护理质量及树立医院正面形象都有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing applied in perioperative period of cesarean section. Methods 110 cases of maternal elective cesarean section in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into cesarean section A group and cesarean section group B 55 cases. Cesarean section B group using perioperative general care, and cesarean section A group in the general nursing based on the use of comfortable care. Analysis of two groups of maternal intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative exhaust time, first bed time and effect satisfaction. Results All the above indexes of cesarean section A group were significantly better than those of cesarean section group B. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). And the effect satisfaction of group C 96.36% (53/55) was higher than 72.73% (40/55) in cesarean section group B, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing applied to perioperative cesarean section meets the clinical expectation, which is of great significance to improve the quality of clinical nursing and establish a positive image of the hospital.
