业已研制出一种其光纤接头通过2.5％应变值检验的光纤单元,可适用于大长度海底光缆。明确了含有接头的光纤可以单元化,并且没有产生损耗增量。这种光纤单元具有优异的机械特性,几乎和没有接头的光纤一样良好。
A fiber unit has been developed that has a fiber optic connector that passes the 2.5% strain test and is suitable for large length submarine cables. It is clear that the optical fiber containing the connector can be unitized without increasing the loss. This fiber unit has excellent mechanical properties and is almost as good as an unillustrated fiber.
