小班幼儿正处在身体和心理迅速发展的时期,环境每时每刻都在作用着幼儿,因此,环境对幼儿智力的发展,人格的形成,甚至身体的生长都会产生重要影响。根据多年小班教学经验,我认为除充分利用好地面、空间、墙面等环境外,以下五点也要多加注意。 亲:由于小班孩子小,各方面发展具有明显的不成熟性,他们对成人有强烈的依恋,需要成人给予心理上的抚慰和关心。因此,教师言谈举止,面部表情都要亲切、体贴,满足孩子的心理需要,给予孩子精神上的鼓励,营造一个温馨的环境。 轻:轻声的教学,柔软的讲话,会使小班的幼儿感到很舒服,安静的环境能使幼儿学会减少噪音,尽量不干扰别人的活动,这是一种精神环境的培养。
Children in small classes are in a period of rapid physical and psychological development. The environment is constantly working with young children. Therefore, the environment has an important influence on the development of children’s intelligence, the formation of personality, and even the growth of the body. Based on many years of teaching experience in small classes, I think the following five points should be paid more attention in addition to taking full advantage of the environment such as the ground, space and walls. Pro: Due to the small class sizes, there are obvious immaturity in all aspects of development. They have a strong attachment to adults and need adults to give psychological comfort and care. Therefore, the teacher’s speech and deportment, facial expressions should be cordial and considerate to meet the psychological needs of children, to give children spiritual encouragement and create a warm environment. Light: soft teaching, soft speech, will make small classes of young children feel very comfortable, quiet environment can make children learn to reduce noise, try not to interfere with the activities of others, this is a spiritual environment.
