为了了解生物炭负载镍催化剂对生物质气化制氢的影响,该文在两段式固定床气化反应系统上开展了生物质水蒸气催化气化制氢实验,研究了生物质基活性炭、生物质快速热解生物炭以及负载Ni的催化特性,分析了生物炭种类对气化合成气的影响。结果发现不同生物炭负载镍对气化制氢均有很好的催化作用,其中棉杆炭负载镍的催化效果最好,氢气产率高达46.04mol/kg,体积浓度为64.02%;生物炭的催化活性与其自身的结构特性和成分有关。
In order to understand the effect of biochar loaded nickel catalyst on biomass gasification hydrogen production, this paper carried out a catalytic hydrogenation of biomass steam on a two-stage fixed-bed gasification reaction system to study hydrogen production. The effects of biomass-based activated carbon, Biomass rapid pyrolysis of biochar and Ni-supported catalytic properties of biochar species on the gasification syngas. The results showed that nickel supported by different biochar had a good catalytic effect on gasification of hydrogen. The catalytic effect of nickel on cotton stalks was the best, the yield of hydrogen was as high as 46.04 mol / kg and the volume concentration was 64.02% Catalytic activity is related to its own structural characteristics and composition.
