2017年9月11~12日,“201 7中国—东盟职业院校学生烹饪技能大赛”在南宁职业技术学院举行。来自中国内地和港台地区,以及东盟各国的17支代表队66名选手同台参加中餐烹调、西式烹调和特色创新烹调等三个比赛项目的激烈角逐。本次技能大赛由广西壮族自治区教育厅、香港职业训练局主办,桂港现代职业教育发展中心、南宁职业技术学院承办,旨在通过厨艺比拼,促进文化交流,
September 11 ~ September 2017, “201 7 China-ASEAN Students’ Cooking Skill Contest” was held at Nanning Vocational and Technical College. 66 players from 17 teams in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as ASEAN countries participated in the fierce competitions of three competitions including Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine and innovative cuisine. The skills competition by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Education, Hong Kong Vocational Training Council, hosted by the Guigang Modern Vocational Education Development Center, Nanning Vocational and Technical College contractors, to compete through cooking, to promote cultural exchanges,
