研究性学习课程有效管理和有效教学两个问题紧密相连,互相促进。把握它们的特点,了解教师管理和教学的重点,便于把握研究性学习课程的特点,建立研究性学习活动课堂教学规范,提升研究性学习实施的有效性。为此,需要提升教师课程管理素养,提升学生自主管理能力,优化指导资源的调集配置,提升有效指导水平。重视过程管理平台的搭建,提升研究性学习有效交流的水平。完善发展性评价和多元化评价机制,激发学生研究性学习有效实施的潜力。
The effective management of research-based learning courses and effective teaching are closely linked to each other and promote each other. Grasp their characteristics, understand the key points of teacher management and teaching, make it easy to grasp the characteristics of research-based learning courses, establish the classroom teaching norms of research-based learning activities, and enhance the effectiveness of research-based learning.
