昆明种小白鼠36只随机分成3组,分别饮用自来水和两型高放射性矿泉水100和150天后取样进行血清SOD和MAD水平测定。结果显示:饮用高放射性矿泉水可不同程度的降低实验动物血清的SOD活力和MDA含量,提示矿泉水的摄入可能对机体自由基的产生与清除有一定的影响
36 Kunming mice were randomly divided into three groups, respectively, drinking tap water and two types of high-radioactive mineral water 100 and 150 days after sampling serum SOD and MAD levels were measured. The results showed that drinking mineral water with high radioactivity reduced SOD activity and MDA content in serum of experimental animals to some extent, suggesting that mineral water intake may have some influence on the production and clearance of free radicals
