针对我国电力工业市场化改革后发电厂商的报价决策和报价偏好等不完全信息 ,运用模糊博弈理论进行分析 ,建立模糊博弈决策模型 ,为追求最大化收益的发电厂商的最优报价决策提供有效的支持。模拟分析表明 ,模糊博弈理论能较好地处理发电厂商报价决策时竞争对手的报价偏好和策略等不完全信息 ,决策结果比非模糊博弈的结果好 ,更接近于实际的报价决策环境
According to incomplete information such as bidding decision and quotation preference of power generation companies after market reforms in China’s power industry, this paper uses fuzzy game theory to analyze and establish fuzzy game decision-making model, which provides effective decision-making for optimal bidding of power generation companies seeking maximum profit stand by. The simulation results show that the fuzzy game theory can deal with imperfect information such as bidding preference and strategy of competitors when bidding decision-making of generators. The decision-making result is better than the result of non-fuzzy game and closer to the actual bidding decision-making environment
