Objective: To investigate the effective treatment of persistent high risk human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in the cervix. Methods: A total of 169 patients with persistent high-risk HPV infection were randomly divided into treatment group (group A), group A (group B) and combination therapy group Group C). The changes of high-risk HPV negative rate, regression of cervical lesions, cervical wound healing and cervical liquid-based cytology before and after treatment were observed in 3 groups. Results: The cure rate of high-risk type HPV and the cure rate of cervical lesions in the treatment group and the combined interferon-suppository group were significantly higher than those in the interferon group alone group, and the satisfactory rate of cervical wound healing in both groups Was 98.1% ~ 100.0%. The results of cervical liquid-based cytology in three groups were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion: The combination of high-frequency wave knives and interferon suppository has significant curative effect in the treatment of persistent high-risk HPV infection and cervical lesion of cervix. While effectively cutting or destroying cervical lesions, it also inhibits the replication of HPV and the spread of infection, Thereby reducing the incidence of C IN, to achieve the purpose of preventing cervical cancer, has a high clinical value.
