安全壳打压试验是压水堆核电机组大修期间关键的大型综合性试验项目,试验周期为机组首次换料大修及每十年换料大修。试验占用大修关键路径,试验期间反应堆厂房内所有工作将暂停,试验占用的时间直接影响大修的总工期。本文从运行角度,通过对CPR1000机组和CNP600机组的安全壳打压试验方法进行对比分析,结合福清核电101大修经验,从隔离设置、隔离方案、设备保护和蒸汽发生器(以下简称SG)保压方式等方面对安全壳打压试验方案提出优化方法。对其它同类型核电机组的安全壳打压试验具有重要参考意义。
Containment pressure test is a key large-scale integrated pilot project during the overhaul of PWR nuclear power units. The test period is the first refueling overhaul and the refueling overhaul every 10 years. During the test, all the work in the reactor plant will be suspended. The time taken for the test will directly affect the total duration of the overhaul. From the point of view of operation, this paper compares and analyzes the containment crushing test methods of CPR1000 units and CNP600 units, combined with the experience of Fuqing NPP 101 overhaul, from isolation setting, isolation scheme, equipment protection and steam generator (hereinafter referred to as SG) And other aspects of the containment pressure test program proposed optimization methods.
