中枢神经系统血管母细胞瘤是颅内少见肿瘤,当实质性病灶累及脑干或作为VHL病变的一部分时,其诊断和治疗仍为神经外科的一个难题。近年来,随着现代分子生物学和影像学的发展,该病术前确诊率有了明显提高,显微神经外科技术的应用使脑干实质性血管母细胞瘤等难治性病例的全切率显著提高,病残率得到有效控制。放射治疗对于中小型肿瘤的中短期控制作用良好,在病因学基础上的药物研究也为本病的治疗提供了新的前景。
