目的提高呼吸机管路及配件清洗消毒质量,防止医院感染。方法对复用呼吸机管路进行机洗前采用温水和多酶液浸泡配合刷洗及借助烘干机干燥的处理方法,对清洗消毒后的呼吸机管路采用目测法和采样监测进行效果评价。结果改进清洗方法后的呼吸机管路清洗消毒效果明显优于改良前,呼吸机管路及附件清洗消毒合格率由92.6%提升至99.9%。采样清洗消毒后的呼吸机管道及配件各30件均未检出致病微生物,达到高效消毒水平。结论改良后的清洗消毒方法效果可靠,切实保障清洗消毒质量,有效减少医院感染的发生。
Objective To improve the cleaning and disinfection quality of the ventilator pipelines and accessories to prevent nosocomial infections. Methods Before the machine washes the reusable ventilator, warm water, multi-enzymatic liquid soaking, brushing and dryer drying were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the respirator pipelines by visual inspection and sampling monitoring. Results After the cleaning method was improved, the ventilator pipeline cleaning and disinfecting effect was obviously better than that before the improvement. The passing rate of the ventilator pipeline and accessories cleaning and disinfecting increased from 92.6% to 99.9%. Samples were taken after cleaning and disinfection of the ventilator pipe and accessories were not detected in all 30 pathogenic microorganisms to achieve efficient disinfection levels. Conclusion The improved cleaning and disinfection methods have reliable effects, effectively guarantee the quality of cleaning and disinfection, and effectively reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infections.
