近日,海门市总工会与该市人力资源和社会保障局共同研究并联合出台了《海门市工会劳动法律监督与政府劳动保障监察工作对接联动暂行办法》,就增进相互之间业务工作协作配合的具体事项予以规定。《办法》明确了双方开展监督监察的主要内容、实施对接联动的基本原则和对接程序等,并对加强双方业务人员交流作了专门规定,明确工会可以根据工作需要,聘请同级劳动保障行政部门有关人员担任工会劳动法律监督委员会顾问或委员,劳动保障行政部门也可聘任同级工会有关人员为兼职劳动保障监察员。
