近年高职教育迅猛发展,加强和改进高职学生的思想政治教育,是摆在各高职院校及思想政治教育工作者面前的一项重要任务。但在当前条件下,由于种种原因,思想政治教育在此类院校中存在着不少问题,成为制约高职发展的重要因素。本文从当前高职院校思想政治教育的现状出发,依据高职大学生特点和发展需求,结合高等职业教育人才培养目标,提出加强高职学生思想政治教育的对策和措施。大力推动教育观念、内容、方法、机制等方面的创新,努力提高思想政治教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。
The rapid development of higher vocational education in recent years, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of vocational students is placed in the vocational colleges and ideological and political education workers in front of an important task. However, under current conditions, due to various reasons, ideological and political education has many problems in such institutions and has become an important factor restricting the development of higher vocational education. Based on the current situation of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to strengthen the ideological and political education of higher vocational students according to the characteristics and development needs of higher vocational college students and the goal of higher vocational education personnel training. Vigorously promote the educational concepts, content, methods, mechanisms and other aspects of innovation, and strive to improve the ideological and political education targeted, effective and attractiveness, appeal.
