“三软”中厚煤层不规则块段、边角零星块段煤炭资源安全高效的回收,是淮北矿区可持续发展过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一.为此,在淮北双龙公司开展了“三软”中厚煤层复杂困难条件下的组合滑移支架适用性研究.采用理论计算、数值模拟分析及现场实践相结合的综合研究手段,研究了支架的稳定性和工作阻力合理值.研究表明,支架前后支柱间距设计不合理,前柱承受97%的顶板载荷、支架额定工作阻力为2 800 kN时对工作面围岩控制能够起到较好的效果以及在直接顶平整条件下组合滑移支架工作阻力均未超过其额定工作阻力.工程实践表明,组合滑移支架适合于直接顶较为平整的“三软”中厚煤层,该条件下工作面产量实现3.5万t/月,而对直接顶受火成岩侵入地段适用性较差.
“Soft ” three thick The research on the applicability of the combined slipping scaffold under the conditions of complex and difficult conditions of “three soft ” medium thick coal seam.The stability and working resistance of the scaffold are studied by the comprehensive research method of theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field practice. The research shows that the design of the spacing between the front and the back struts is not reasonable, the front column can withstand 97% of the roof load, the rated working resistance of the strut is 2 800 kN, it can play a good effect on the surrounding rock control of the working face, The work sliding resistance of the combined sliding support does not exceed its rated working resistance.Experimental results show that the composite sliding support is suitable for the “three soft ” medium thick coal seam whose formation is more smooth than the direct roof, under this condition, the output of the working face can reach 35000 t / Month, but less directly applicable to igneous rocks invaded.
