The cyberculture in our country caused an endless stream of group phenomena in the political, economic and cultural fields and attracted wide attention from netizens. It is exactly the result of the conflict between the social and cultural values. Therefore, the study of the cultural values of the conflict on the localization of network culture localization, and network culture-related research is an integral part. This paper attempts to explore the performance of social network cultural value conflict in the five dimensions of Hofstede by empirical research methods. The whole research method mainly uses Hofstede’s questionnaire to carry on the investigation in the whole nation and carries on the correlation analysis, puts forward the appearance that the network culture contributes to the conflict; The data statistics of the research discovers that the network culture is in four dimensions: the power distance, the uncertainty There are major changes in avoidance, individual collectivism and masculinity of females, which obviously belong to the clash of contributions in the study of cultural conflicts. Since Hofstede’s first survey did not include the fifth dimension, the Confucian motivation, the fifth dimension was not measured in this study. To sum up, we can conclude that: macroscopically, our people have undergone major changes in cultural values in the context of new media and information technology, and people are gradually adapting to such changes. In the meantime, from a microcosmic point of view, people of different social strata have different values of preference for such changes in cultural values and have their own characteristics of behavior in the process of cultural adaptation.
