建立了一种涡轴发动机整机S2参数化流道造型方法,采用某S2数值仿真软件完成了某涡轴发动机的整机计算。计算表明S2参数化流道造型方法简单、有效,仿真软件对涡轴发动机进行整机稳态计算的精度基本满足计算要求,为涡轴发动机整机多学科设计优化奠定了基础。
A modeling method of parameterized flow channel of turbine S2 was established. The calculation of a turbo-shaft engine was completed by using a S2 numerical simulation software. The calculation shows that S2 parametric runner modeling method is simple and effective. The accuracy of simulation software for turbine steady-state calculation basically meets the calculation requirements, which lays the foundation for multi-disciplinary design and optimization of turbine engine.
