目的:探讨分析个体化与量化饮食干预对社区2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法:选取2015年1月1日~2016年12月22日期间于本社区卫生服务中心进行治疗的80例2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究的观察对象。使用单双号分组法将所有患者简单分为2组,常规组和干预组均占40例。常规组40例患者给予群体健康教育,干预组在此基础上给予个体化与量化饮食干预。对比两组患者的血液生化指标。结果:干预组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三脂水平均优于常规组,P<0.05。结论:采用个体化与量化饮食干预社区2型糖尿病患者,可有效控制其血糖水平,操作简单,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To investigate the effects of individualized and quantitative diet intervention on glycemic control in community type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: Eighty patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in this community health service center from January 1, 2015 to December 22, 2016 were selected as the observation subjects. All patients were divided into two groups using single and double grouping method, 40 cases in both conventional group and intervention group. In the routine group, 40 patients were given group health education, and the intervention group was given individualized and quantitative diet intervention on this basis. The biochemical indexes of two groups were compared. Results: The fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the intervention group were better than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Using individualized and quantitative diet intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively control their blood glucose levels, the operation is simple and worthy of further promotion.
