以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,新戊二醇、三氯化磷、丙酮、甲酸等为原料,采用“一锅法”合成了一种含磷反应型阻燃剂2-(5,5-二甲基-2-氧代-1,3,2-二氧杂磷杂环己基)-2-丙醇(DMTO),总产率65%。以元素分析、IR、1 H NMR、31 P NMR及MS等表征了化合物结构。TGA测试表明,化合物初始分解温度为188℃,残炭量约为10%。将其与聚氨酯(PU)原料共混发泡,阻燃测试结果表明,DMTO添加量为10%时,极限氧指数(LOI)能达到26.1,垂直燃烧为UL94-V-0级。
Using 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent, neopentyl glycol, phosphorus trichloride, acetone and formic acid as raw materials, a one-pot method was used to synthesize a phosphorus-containing reactive flame retardant 2- (5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-1,3,2-dioxaphosphorinane) -2-propanol (DMTO) in 65% overall yield. The structure of the compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1 H NMR, 31 P NMR and MS. TGA test showed that the initial decomposition temperature of the compound was 188 ℃ and the residual carbon content was about 10%. The flame retardant test results showed that the limiting oxygen index (LOI) can reach 26.1 and the vertical burning rate is UL94-V-0 when DMTO is added at 10%.
