随着世界经济一体化进程的发展,跨国公司日益成为世界经济命脉的掌握者。在这种情况下,对于跨国公司的行为研究就凸显出其重要性。跨国公司是由多个国家的经营实体构成的企业,但在同一决策体系下运营,这就决定了一方面单一跨国公司在全球市场上的运营决策具有一定的连贯性,能够体现母公司的特点,但另一方面,在这样一体化的国际经营中即使是闻名全球的产品,也必须根据当地市场的情况加以适当调整。这样跨国公司在经营中就同时受到母国文化和东道国文化的作用,因此文化对于跨国公司的经济行为和经济决策存在着较大影响。本文从行动系统的角度对跨国公司经济行为和组织结构中的文化因素作一分析。
With the development of world economic integration, multinational corporations have increasingly become masters of the lifeline of the world economy. Under such circumstances, the research on the behavior of transnational corporations highlights its importance. Multinational corporations (MNEs), which are companies formed by the operating entities of many countries but operate under the same decision-making system, determine the consistency between the operational decisions of a single MNC in the global market and the characteristics of the parent company On the other hand, even internationally renowned products in such an integrated international business must be properly adjusted to the local market conditions. In this way, multinational corporations are affected by both home country culture and host country culture in their operations. Therefore, culture has a great influence on the economic behavior and economic decision-making of multinational corporations. This article analyzes the cultural factors in the economic behavior and organizational structure of MNCs from the perspective of the action system.
