The ECOPATH model balances the energy input and output of each bio-functional group to make a static assessment of the bio-energy flow. According to the data of East China Sea biological resources and historical documents from the website of the International Aquatic Resource Management Center, from the input data rate of change (-50% ~ + 50%) during the establishment of the ECOPATH model of East China Sea with 32 functional groups, And the relationship between the rate of change of estimated data and the rate of change of input data biomass as well as the rate of change of input data biomass and the rate of change of ecological transfer efficiency of estimated data, Sensitivity of the data in the ECOPATH model. It is found that the rate of change of input data and the rate of change of estimated data become e-index. In the negative interval, the sensitivity of data is larger than that of positive interval. The change rate of biomass and estimated biomass of different functional groups The linear relationship between the rate of biomass conversion and the rate of change of ecological transfer efficiency in the same functional group was e-index, and the rate of change of parameter ecological transfer efficiency was estimated Ranged from -0.499 to 1.000. There was a linear positive correlation between the rate of change of input data biomass and the rate of change of ecological transfer efficiency in different functional groups. The greater the slope, the stronger the sensitivity. The research results provide a scientific basis for the establishment of the ECOPATH model and the selection and adjustment of data in the East China Sea.
