在高精度弯曲微动疲劳试验机上,通过改变试验参数,如循环次数、弯曲载荷和法向接触载荷,对机械传动部件用17CrNiMo6钢进行了系统的弯曲微动疲劳试验,基于试验数据建立了微动疲劳S-N曲线。采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜,通过分析试样的微动疲劳断口、接触载荷对弯曲微动疲劳损伤的影响和损伤区微观组织,研究了17CrNiMo6钢弯曲微动疲劳损伤机理,得出了一些规律性结论。
The bending fretting fatigue test of 17CrNiMo6 steel was carried out by changing the test parameters such as the number of cycles, the bending load and the normal contact load on a high precision bending fretting fatigue tester.
