目的探讨批质量保证性抽样(LQAS)方法在评价血吸虫感染方面的作用。方法应用回顾性研究方法,对湖南、江西、安徽等省1989年全国血吸虫病抽样数据,根据LQAS的原理,确定显著性水平和最佳特征值。在此基础上,对血吸虫病流行区进行纵向评价。结果将显著性水平定为0.05和特征值定为2时,根据LQAS所得的感染率水平与实际观察值较为一致,并据此对江西蓼南等6个不同程度的血吸虫病流行区进行纵向评价,发现此抽样方法在中、高度血吸虫病流行区具有较高的一致性。结论LQAS方法在评价血吸虫病感染率水平方面有着较广泛的应用前景。
Objective To investigate the role of batch quality assurance sampling (LQAS) in the evaluation of schistosomiasis infection. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to determine the significance level and the best eigenvalue of the national schistosomiasis sampling data from 1989 to 1998 in Hunan, Jiangxi and Anhui Provinces according to the principle of LQAS. On this basis, longitudinal evaluation of schistosomiasis prevalence area. Results When the significance level was set as 0.05 and the eigenvalue was set as 2, the infection rate obtained by LQAS was in good agreement with the actual observation value, and six endemic areas of schistosomiasis such as Polygonum multiforum in Jiangxi Province Longitudinal evaluation, found that the sampling method in the high schistosomiasis endemic areas with high consistency. Conclusion The LQAS method has a wide range of applications in the evaluation of schistosomiasis infection rates.
