无论是体制的改革,还是管理的改革,都不是任何一个单独的部门就可以完成的。这样的工程对企业来说,无异于一场“伤筋动骨的大手术”。信息化建设要想取得成功,一定需要领导的亲自推动。
Neither the system reform nor the management reform can be accomplished by any single department. Such a project for businesses, is tantamount to a “big bones”. To achieve success in information technology, we must personally urge the leadership.
