铁蛋白是铁在人体中的一种贮藏形式,血清铁蛋白的含量是反映体内贮铁量的可靠指标。本文通过放射免疫分析法对65例新生儿肽血清和65例孕母在胎儿娩出后立即采肘静脉血进行了血清铁蛋白测定,以了解新生儿与母体内铁贮存量的情况,并探讨新生儿脐血清铁蛋白与产母血清铁蛋白之间的关系。结果发现产母血清铁蛋白与新生儿脐血清铁蛋白呈正相关。
