中科院创新文化建设起步不久,已取得了不少进展。不容易,很可喜。这要感谢大家的劳动和各方的支持。但是,我认为,评价千万不能过高。要说进展大,主要表现在梯度上,因为三年前还没有创新文化这个概念,现在能有这个面貌,进步梯度的确不小。但我认为,实质性的文化建设,还差得很远,还是个很艰巨、很长期的任务。当前的问题是发展不平衡。当然,这符合事物发展的客观规律。有些单位领导重视,认识深刻,已有很好进展,正处在深化、提高阶段。有少数单位目前还没有正确认识,觉得创新文化是额外的要求,与本单位发展关系不大。这种单位很少,但确实存在。较多的单位创新文化建设已经推动,有所进展,但下步怎么走,认识上还有待深化,需要引导。针对这种情况,我想,希望先进单位保持势头,摸索经验,后进者赶快行动起来。对处于中间多数的单位,我谈谈创 Shortly after the establishment of the innovative culture of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a lot of progress has been made.
