中科院创新文化建设起步不久,已取得了不少进展。不容易,很可喜。这要感谢大家的劳动和各方的支持。但是,我认为,评价千万不能过高。要说进展大,主要表现在梯度上,因为三年前还没有创新文化这个概念,现在能有这个面貌,进步梯度的确不小。但我认为,实质性的文化建设,还差得很远,还是个很艰巨、很长期的任务。当前的问题是发展不平衡。当然,这符合事物发展的客观规律。有些单位领导重视,认识深刻,已有很好进展,正处在深化、提高阶段。有少数单位目前还没有正确认识,觉得创新文化是额外的要求,与本单位发展关系不大。这种单位很少,但确实存在。较多的单位创新文化建设已经推动,有所进展,但下步怎么走,认识上还有待深化,需要引导。针对这种情况,我想,希望先进单位保持势头,摸索经验,后进者赶快行动起来。对处于中间多数的单位,我谈谈创
Shortly after the establishment of the innovative culture of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a lot of progress has been made. Not easy, very gratifying. Thanks to everyone’s work and all parties’ support. However, I think the evaluation should not be too high. To say big progress, mainly in the gradient, because three years ago there is no concept of innovation and culture, and now can have this face, gradient of progress is indeed not small. However, I think it is still a very arduous and long-term task for the substantive cultural construction to go far behind. The current problem is the imbalance of development. Of course, this is in line with the objective law of development of things. Some units attach great importance to the leadership, have profound understanding and have made good progress. They are now at a stage of deepening and improvement. A few units do not have a correct understanding so far and think that an innovative culture is an extra requirement and has little to do with the development of this unit. This unit is small but does exist. More units of innovative cultural construction has been promoted, some progress, but how to go next, still need to deepen understanding, need to guide.
