Wiskott-Aldrich综合征(简称WAS)是一种遗传性免疫缺陷病,目前国内很少报道,现将我科收治的3例,并结合文献报道如下。例1,男,1岁多,生后面、耳后、双下肢内侧散在较多红斑,丘疹及渗液,时轻时重,持续不愈,生后2个月腹泻,反复带血不愈,3个月面,躯干,四肢散在针冒大小出血点,反复发作,入院前3天双耳流脓,鼻衄,便血1天。患儿之兄患湿疹,1岁10个月患肺炎死 Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (referred to as WAS) is a hereditary immunodeficiency disease, rarely reported at home, now our department received 3 cases, combined with the literature reported below.
