随新农村建设的推进和农业经济的发展,对高级应用型人才的需求量大增,且主要体现在农业生产领域和涉农流通领域。根据对涉农企业的人才需求调研发现,农产品流通领域尤以连锁经营、市场销售、电子商务和国际贸易类人才需求量大,需求增长快;且对人才的综合素质要求也越来越高,特别关注诚实守信、爱岗敬业、交流沟通、学习创新和吃苦抗压等方面的素质。涉农高职院要为新农村建设培养急需的高级应用型人才,需要努力提高认识,深化教育教学改革,注重学生的职业能力和综合素质的培养。
With the new rural construction and the development of agricultural economy, the demand for advanced applied talents has greatly increased, and it is mainly reflected in the fields of agricultural production and agriculture-related circulation. According to the research on the demand for talents in agriculture-related enterprises, it is found that there is a great demand for the circulation of agricultural products especially in the areas of chain stores, market sales, e-commerce and international trade, and the demand is growing rapidly; and the overall quality requirements for talents are also getting higher and higher, Special attention to honest and trustworthy, dedication, communication, learning and innovation and hardship and other aspects of quality. Higher vocational colleges need to cultivate urgently needed high-level applied talents for the new rural construction. They need to make great efforts to raise awareness, deepen the reform in education and teaching, pay attention to the cultivation of students’ professional ability and overall quality.
