介绍了国际玉米小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)玉米双单倍体(Double haploid,DH)育种技术方面的研究进展。重点介绍了目前CIMMYT玉米DH育种的诱导策略和相关的研究活动,特别是CIMMYT在热带单倍体诱导系选育、新型单倍体鉴别标记技术和DH纯系农艺管理系统优化等方面所取得的进展。
This paper introduced the research progress of double haploid (DH) breeding technology of CIMMYT. The current induction strategies and related research activities of CIMMYT maize DH breeding are mainly introduced, especially CIMMYT obtained in tropical haploid induction line breeding, new haploid identification marker technology and DH pure agronomy management system optimization progress.
