报道1345例腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)中发生胆管损伤6例，均为择期手术。损伤原因为解剖病理因素5例，LC操作因素1例。损伤部位：胆总管3例，肝总管2例，右肝管1例。LC术中发现胆管损伤4例，术后因胆汁漏而诊断胆管损伤2例。讨论了LC胆管损伤的原因及处理。
