在金融创新的大背景下,国际保险业呈现出业务多元化、组织集团化、资本国际化等趋势。随着中国即将加入WTO,国内和国际经济环境都将发生重大变化,中国将逐步地全面地参与经济全球化进程,与世界经济融为一体,中国保险市场也必将进一步对外开放。这些变化对中国保险业既是机遇也是挑战。中国保险业应顺应国际金融市场发展潮流,努力吸收国外先进的保险技术和管理经验,在组织模式、投资管理、筹集资金等方面尽快与国际水准接轨。
Under the background of financial innovation, the international insurance industry has shown the trend of diversification of businesses, collectivization of groups and internationalization of capital. With China's imminent accession to the WTO, major changes will take place in the domestic and international economic environment. China will gradually and fully participate in the process of economic globalization and integrate with the world economy. China's insurance market will also be further opened to the outside world. These changes are both opportunities and challenges for China's insurance industry. China's insurance industry should conform to the trend of international financial market development, strive to absorb advanced foreign insurance technology and management experience, and integrate with international standards as soon as possible in terms of organization mode, investment management and fund-raising.
