在大量试验数据的基础上,本文研究了两种含碳量不同的12%Cr-Mo—V—Nb—N—B马氏体耐热钢在550℃~650℃下的蠕变破断应力与破断试样平均室温硬度的关系,证实两者在衡量耐热钢蠕变弱化倾向上是一致的。分析了蠕变过程中析出相和微观组织的变化。提出了一种采用蠕变破断试样室温硬度近似预测耐热钢件蠕变破断寿命的方法。
Based on a large number of experimental data, the creep rupture stress of 12% Cr-Mo-V-Nb-N-B martensite heat-resistant steels with different carbon contents at 550 ℃ ~ 650 ℃ Breaking the relationship between the average room temperature hardness of the sample, confirmed that both in the measurement of creep resistance of heat-resistant steel is consistent with the tendency of weakening. The changes of precipitated phase and microstructure during the creep process were analyzed. A method of predicting the creep rupture life of heat-resistant steel by using creep rupture temperature at room temperature is proposed.
