测定了非致病性镰刀菌FO47和FO47B10对小麦、玉米等8种作物的安全性和定殖能力,以及其对黄瓜和西瓜生长发育的影响及对黄瓜霜霉病的生物防治效果。结果表明,FO47和FO47B10对作物是安全的,并能定殖在作物体内;提前在土壤中接种FO47和FO47B10能提高黄瓜和西瓜植株的抗逆性,促进其生长发育,促生效应与其分泌的赤霉素量呈正相关关系;FO47和FO47B10对黄瓜霜霉病有明显的防治效果。
The safety and colonization ability of non-pathogenic Fusarium oxysporium FO47 and FO47B10 on 8 crops such as wheat and maize, as well as their effects on the growth and development of cucumber and watermelon and their biological control on cucumber downy mildew were tested. The results showed that FO47 and FO47B10 were safe to crops and could colonize the crop body. Inoculation of FO47 and FO47B10 in soil could increase the resistance of cucumber and watermelon plants, promote their growth and development, GA3 showed a positive correlation; FO47 and FO47B10 had obvious control effects on cucumber downy mildew.
