以攀枝花铁精矿为原料,从高炉现流程及各新流程的不同工艺阶段得到六种含钒物料。通过这些含钒物料提钒工序的各项技术经济指标的比较,应采用火法富集方法首先制取高钒物料,以综合回收有价金属钒,降低提钒成本。在研究适于工业化新流程的同时,应重视现流程的革新改造。
Taking Panzhihua Iron Concentrate as raw material, six kinds of vanadium-bearing materials are obtained from the current process of the blast furnace and the different technological stages of the new processes. Through comparing the technical and economic indexes of these vanadium-bearing materials to extract vanadium, the method of enrichment by fire should be adopted to prepare the high-vanadium material in order to comprehensively recover valuable vanadium and reduce the cost of extracting vanadium. In the study of new processes suitable for industrialization at the same time, we should attach importance to the innovation and transformation of the current process.
