利用半定量RT-PCR方法对17种细胞的Id基因表达进行了检测,发现在CD34 +阳性干细胞增殖过程中,Id1由不表达到适度表达,而Id2由中等程度表达到高表达.Id3、Id4的表达在扩增前后变化不大.说明Id1和Id2在脐带造血细胞扩增过程中可能参与作用.在2种肺癌、2种肠癌及一种肝癌、乳腺癌细胞中Id1～Id4的表达呈现一定的规律,对于同一类癌细胞株其表达基本相同或相似,而不同类癌细胞株其表达则相差较大,说明对某一类细胞株,Id1～Id4有相对稳定的作用.实验对深入认识Id基因的作用、红白血病发生机理
