与内外应力一样 ,温度亦是影响声表面波器件工作性能的主要参数之一。文章分析了目前声表面波器件温度补偿的状况。利用波扰动方程 ,分析研究了声表面波器件频率 -温度敏感性与石英晶体各向异性参数之间的关系。从中得出石英晶体的高温度敏感和低温度敏感的切型。实验验证取得了较好的效果。
As with internal and external stress, temperature is also one of the main parameters that affect the performance of SAW devices. The article analyzes the current situation of SAW temperature compensation. Using the wave perturbation equation, the relationship between the frequency-temperature sensitivity of SAW devices and the parameters of quartz crystal anisotropy was studied. From which we can get the high temperature sensitive and low temperature sensitive cut of quartz crystal. Experimental verification has achieved good results.
