颖壳去除对不同基因型水稻发芽成苗的影响初探

通过培养不同基因型品种(组合)的颖壳去除种子,观察颖壳去除对种子发芽成苗的影响,结果表明:颖壳去除严重影响了种子的成苗率,去壳处理平均比对照低26.1%,且不同杂交稻组合间差异较大。不同基因型组合的颖壳去除处理的根长、根数、根重和苗重与对照相比有高有低,根长、根数多数品种(组合)比对照低,而根重和苗重则多数品种(组合)比对照高。 The effects of removal of glume shell on seed germination were observed by cultivating the glume shell of different genotypes (combinations).
