自纪育沣等1935年提取柴胡挥发油以后,其后仅见王善源报道,柴胡挥发油体外试验对流感病毒A、PR_8有抑制作用,但尚未见有关柴胡挥发油的解热抗炎作用及其有效成分的研究报道。我们对河北武安县北柴胡挥发油(以下简称柴胡油)的解热、抗炎化学成分进行了研究。分离到的低分子醛酮部分(Ⅰ_A)和内酯及酚性部分(Ⅳ_A)为解热有效部分;酸性部分(Ⅱ)为抗炎有效部分。据气相色谱-质谱联用、气相色谱、质谱及红外光谱分析数据,已鉴识25个成分。药理试验表明,其中丁香酚、己酸、γ-十一酸内酯及对-甲氧基苯乙酮具解热作用;戊酸、对-甲氧基苯乙酮及壬烯-2-酸具抗炎作用。有效部分的分离和制备我们于1979年10月,自河北省邯郸地区武安县药材公司购得该县出产的柴胡,均匀抽样
After extracting the volatile oil from Bupleurum chinense in 1935, only from Wang Shanyuan reported that the in vitro test of volatile oil from Radix Bupleuri inhibited the influenza virus A and PR_8, but no antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of the essential oil from Radix Research report. We studied the antipyretic and anti-inflammatory chemical constituents of Bupleurum chinense volatile oil (hereinafter referred to as Bupleurum chinense) in Wu’an County, Hebei Province. The isolated low molecular aldehyde ketone moiety (I_A) and lactone and phenolic moiety (IV_A) are effective antipyretic moieties; the acidic moiety (II) is an antiinflammatory active moiety. According to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and infrared spectroscopic analysis data, 25 components have been identified. Pharmacological tests showed that eugenol, caproic acid, γ-undecamactone and p-methoxyacetophenone have antipyretic activity; valeric acid, p-methoxyacetophenone and terpene-2-acid Anti-inflammatory effect. Separation and preparation of effective parts In October 1979, we purchased Bupleurum chinense from the county’s Wu’an County Medicinal Materials Co., Ltd. in Hebei Province and evenly sampled them.
