小米小米是谷子的加工品。谷子属禾本科植物的种子,去壳后叫小米。小米营养丰富,蛋白质含量高于大米和玉米,脂肪、热量、硫胺素和维生素E含量高于大米和小麦粉。用它煮饭或熬粥,色香味俱佳,且容易被人体消化吸收,有“代参汤”之美称。我国北方妇女生育后,许多都用小米粥加红糖来调养身体。小米是孕妇、老人、婴儿和病人较理想的食品。
Millet millet is processed millet products. Millet gramineous plant seeds, called millet husked. Millet is nutritious, with higher protein content than rice and corn, with higher levels of fat, calories, thiamine and vitamin E than rice and wheat flour. Use it to cook rice or porridge, color and fragrance are superb, and easily digested and absorbed by the body, “behalf of the reference soup ” reputation.
