作者对吉林省9个地区,分离的12株伯氏疏螺旋体菌株,利用rrf(5s) -rrl(23s)间隔区扩增(RFLP)进行基因分型。同时应用特异性单抗对菌株进行菌株鉴定。结果表明: 12株菌株PCR检测都为B. garinii基因型,菌株鉴定同国内分离株M7相同。(B. garinii基因型常从脑脊液分离出来,损伤神经系统,引起皮肤游走性红斑。该基因型菌株是北方疫苗研制的最佳选择。)该结果为吉林省莱姆病的发病机理、临床症状、诊断治疗、免疫诊断及疫苗制备提供了极有价值的技术性参考依据。
The authors isolated 12 strains of Borrelia burgdorferi from 9 regions in Jilin province and genotyped them by rrf (5s) -rrl (23s) spacer region amplification (RFLP). At the same time, the strains were identified by specific monoclonal antibodies. The results showed that all the 12 isolates were B. garinii genotypes tested by PCR, and the isolates were identified as M7 isolates. (B. garinii genotype often separated from the cerebrospinal fluid, damage the nervous system, causing skin migration of erythema .This genotype strain is the best choice for northern vaccine development.) The results for the pathogenesis of Lyme disease in Jilin Province, clinical Symptoms, diagnosis and treatment, immunodiagnosis and vaccine preparation provides a valuable technical reference.
