本文对改革开放以来国企职工的思想变化作了分析。指出,改革是社会主义初级阶段的自我完善和发展,改革也使人们思想发生千变万化,这是符合马克思主义基本哲学“存在决定意识”的观点。代表着工人阶级对社会发展的基本态度,持积极态度的是主流,但也存在着一些消极因素,因为他们的不同思想变化是在国企改革发展中个人经济利益调整的过程中产生和形成的。应改进政府的工作,提高执政质量,同时加强国企职工思想政治工作。 This article analyzes the changes in the thinking of state employees since the reform and opening up. He pointed out that reform is the self-improvement and development of the primary stage of socialism, and that the reform has also brought about ever-changing people’s thinking. This is in line with the basic philosophy of Marxism and the concept of “existence and determination of consciousness.” It represents the basic attitude of the working class towards social development. Maintaining a positive attitude is the mainstream. However, there are also some negative factors because their different ideological changes are generated and formed during the adjustment of personal economic interests in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. We should improve the work of the government, improve the quality of governance, and at the same time, strengthen the ideological and political work of employees in state-owned enterprises.
