采用双波长薄层扫描法绘制了黄花败酱根与茎化学成分的指纹图谱,表明二者化学成分存在很大差异,临床应用时不可用茎代替根。
The fingerprints of the chemical constituents of the roots and stems of Paeonia lactiflora were mapped using the dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method, which indicated that there were great differences in chemical composition between the two components. In clinical application, stems could not be used instead of roots.
