一、前言 工作洛氏硬度计的试验力分为初试验力、主试验力、总试验力。初试验力的产生分两种形式:一种是由弹簧的张力产生,而另一种是由包括主轴系统自重、负荷杠杆部分和重铊组合产生。试验力是加在硬度计主轴上,主杠杆的刀子为圆柱型刀体,其两边分别由左右两个螺钉固定。这部分出厂时已经调整好了,但由于长时间的使用以及螺钉的松动,这部分有时也可能出现问题,由于臂比变化。造成总(主)试验力超差或严重超差的不良现象。出现这种现象后,如果只用调整示值杠杆上面的调整块来调整,有时调整块会近于极限位置。结果造成C标尺高、中、低值对不起来的现象。而且调整块偏离中心位置(5:1)愈远,愈是对不起来。
