研究了“ＢＡ１”、“康太”、“巨峰”、“玫瑰香”４个抗寒性不同的葡萄品种在越冬前的抗寒锻炼期间，枝条、叶片内氧化酶活性及其变化规律，结果表明：氧化酶活性随着温度的下降呈递减趋势，以抗寒性强的品种氧化酶活性高，且随着温度的下降变化得缓慢；抗寒性差的酶活性低，且随着温度的下降变化得激烈。氧化酶活性与电解质渗出率呈显著相关
