研究了“BA1”、“康太”、“巨峰”、“玫瑰香”4个抗寒性不同的葡萄品种在越冬前的抗寒锻炼期间,枝条、叶片内氧化酶活性及其变化规律,结果表明:氧化酶活性随着温度的下降呈递减趋势,以抗寒性强的品种氧化酶活性高,且随着温度的下降变化得缓慢;抗寒性差的酶活性低,且随着温度的下降变化得激烈。氧化酶活性与电解质渗出率呈显著相关
