In the extrusion of aluminum and aluminum alloy, Japan began to use 2,000-ton and 4,000-ton extruders in 1938, when a large amount of structural materials (high-strength aluminum alloy) were extruded. The biggest technical problems are casting technology and extrusion speed of ingot is very slow and straightening, etc., rely entirely on manpower. At that time, the so-called Duralumin alloy was not invented in Europe. Japan began to take a step ahead of other European countries by analyzing and accelerating the study only after analyzing the Japanese aircraft profiles shot down in Pearl Harbor.
