本刊讯9周口棉纺织印染厂去年为提高产品质量,狠抓设备管理,进行了3次大整顿。经省纺织厅检查,设备管理指标得分超过一档水平,设备完好率为96.7%,工艺上车合格率为95.3%,其中梳棉设备完好率和工艺上车合格率均达100%,荣获1990年省纺织行业和省设备管理双优单位。第1次整顿自去年元月至5月底,重点是贯彻省厅基础达标要求,进行工艺、设备和文明生产整顿。经过5个月的努力,建立和健全了各种基础管理制度,逐台消除设备缺陷,解决跑、冒、滴、漏,使设备完好率、文明生产、产品质量均大为改观。过去印染布缩水合格率
