1990年7月《门球之苑》第3期33页上看到一则中老年人打门球的健身小常识:早晨起床打球前喝杯温开水有益健康。我觉得这简单、易行,就想试试。谁知这一试就是十多年,如今已变成了一种生活习惯。从那以后每天早晨去打门球之前,我都先喝一杯温开水。喝了一个月后,我觉得身体很轻松了,病情也有所好转。继续再喝了三个月,唇舌咽喉干噪、口角发炎、小便赤黄、大便干燥等老毛病逐得到改善,到后来这些毛病都没有了。再继续喝下去,一年以后,我肝功能也得到了恢复。让我非常高兴的是,十年后,在2000年10月20日这一天,我到医院作肝脏检查,检查结果已然显示正常,我的肝硬化病居然好了,这真让人感到兴奋。我知道这是我自1990年7月起到现在,坚持十一年早上必须先喝一杯温开水、早上必须去练
